The triathlon route begins with swimming in the Olympic pool at the Eastlink Centre, swimming in 25m lengths, participants will then ride their bikes from Knowledge Way down 68 Avenue and loop around at Poplar Drive to make their way back to the Eastlink Centre. Racers will then run through the trail system and finish on the north end of Knowledge Way.
For the safety of participants and commuters, 68 Avenue will be closed from Poplar Drive to Knowledge Way during the triathlon.
