Our housing initiatives work to end homelessness by partnering with community agencies to provide housing supports and move people out of shelters and into homes.

Current initiatives include:

• Outreach program.
• Housing focused shelter staff.
• Prevention and Shelter Diversion program.
• Scattered site housing with intensive case management support.
• Congregate site supportive housing (24-hour onsite supports).
• Bi-Annual Point in Time Count.
• Annual Connect Day (connecting individuals experiencing homelessness to community supports).
• Annual Memorial Event.
