On-Demand

On-Demand

On-Demand Transit is being introduced on August 6, 2022 to keep you connected around the city with a bookable, shuttle service between on-demand stops and selected transit hubs

The trips are available for booking during regular transit hours and use a shuttle bus service to take you on the most direct route.

This shared ride service is being offered as a convenient and innovative way to keep our community connected with neighbourhoods that are better served by on-demand transit than fixed route transit.

On Demand Transit Neighbourhoods

On Demand Transit is available in the following neighbourhoods:

  • Countryside North
  • Creekside
  • Crystal Landing
  • Crystal Ridge
  • Kensington
  • Northgate
  • Northridge
  • O’Brien Lake
  • Richmond Industrial Park South
  • Riverstone
  • Signature Falls
  • Trader Ridge
  • Trumpeter Village

On Demand buses connect to the following transit hubs:

  • Town Centre Mall

The service also provides connections between on demand neighbourhoods, eg. a person could ride directly between Crystal Landing and Trader Ridge.
