On-Demand Transit is a convenient and innovative way to keep our community connected with neighbourhoods that are better served by on-demand transit than fixed route transit.

On-Demand Transit is a shared ride service.  On-Demand customers can schedule their rides ahead of time or request to be picked up as soon as possible. This system picks customers up at the closest bus stop within their neighborhood and either drops them off at the closest transit hub or to a stop in another On-Demand neighbourhoods.

Trips are available for booking during regular transit hours and use a shuttle bus service.
On-demand transit can result in more direct, often shorter, travel time for the customer as well as operational efficiencies for the transit system which can then be used to enhance service in other ways.
