He has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and small businesses, providing strategic advice, facilitating growth opportunities, and connecting clients to the resources needed to succeed. In his banking career, he supported business development through advisory services, led high-performing teams, and led the development of digital platforms designed to help entrepreneurs grow and scale. He also delivered workshops and programming focused on business planning, financial literacy, and operational success, helping to strengthen the local business ecosystem.
Through his roles with the City of Grande Prairie, Dallas has developed a strong understanding of municipal operations, governance, and public service delivery.
