Rory has been instrumental in fostering partnerships, navigating opportunities for growth, and advancing initiatives that promote regional growth and sustainability. With his expertise and commitment to showcasing Grande Prairie as a thriving hub for investment and innovation, Rory is a key asset in driving the City’s economic priorities forward.

In her role, Rebecca oversees business investment attraction as well as business retention & expansion initiatives. With a specialty in investment attraction, she actively works with potential businesses to identify local investment opportunities by illuminating economic trends and identifying economic drivers within the region. Through her work, Rebecca is always marketing the City of Grande Prairie as a great place to live, work, and invest.

Terri Beaupre, accomplished in strategic leadership and economic growth, serves as the Executive Consultant for Strategic Initiatives at Invest Grande Prairie. With a background in business management and a passion for community development, Terri adeptly translates visionary concepts into actionable plans, embodying her commitment to tangible outcomes.  Terri excels at building relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners, resulting in strategic collaborations that yield mutual benefits. Her dedication extends to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, emphasizing responsible growth for future generations.

Ainsley is a liaison between industry and government to ensure business retention, expansion and investment continue within Grande Prairie. She focuses on supporting employers through workforce development opportunities and immigration programs such as the Rural Renewal Stream. As an immigrant herself, Ainsley has a personal passion for showcasing our welcoming community to build visitors into residents.
