NOTICE WAS GIVEN pursuant to sections 70 and 606 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, cM-26 (“MGA”), that the City of Grande Prairie proposes to sell the following lands for less than market value, being a purchase price of $4,000, to 2750069 Alberta Ltd.
2750069 Alberta Ltd., is a incorporated entity has submitted their bid to purchase the remaining of the York and Germain site. Under the proposed sale, 2750069 Alberta Ltd. will construct a development that contains 40 units of residential and one unit of commercial with parking spaces.
Anyone wishing to file a petition regarding the proposed resolution must do so in compliance with the requirements contained in Part 7 of the MGA.
All that portion of Plan 1410AC Block 5 Lot 5-8 & Lot 33-36 of the parcels as shown in red on the image below. The total area is approximately 0.29 ha (0.72 ac).

Petitions against the proposal may be filed with the City Clerk, Legislative Services Dept., 3rd Floor, City Hall, 10205-98 Street. Petitions must comply the requirements contained in Part 7 of the MGA.
If a sufficient petition is not filed on or before 4:30 p.m. by December 27, 2025, the City of Grande Prairie may proceed with the sale of the land for less than market value without further notice.
