There will be a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers located at 10205 - 98 Street, Grande Prairie.

The City has received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw to redesignate portions of the subject parcel from Urban Reserve (UR) & Combined Residential (RC) to Small Lot Residential (RS) and from UR to Medium Density Residential (RM). The application also proposes an amendment to the Riverstone Outline Plan to revise the development layout and facilitate residential development.

A copy of the proposed bylaw can also be viewed at the Planning & Development Department located in the City Service Centre. Our address is 9505 – 112 Street and hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
