Non-profit agencies and businesses within the Grande Prairie region are encouraged to nominate individuals or teams that have made significant contributions to the community; positively impacted the local social services field; and shown dedication to improving the quality of life for their clients.
A total of nine awards will be distributed in four category areas during the annual Passionate Heart Awards celebration.
Nomination Information
Review the award categories and select the appropriate category for the individual, business, or organization you wish to nominate. As part of the nomination, you will be asked to describe the nominee’s achievements. Please ensure your nominee meets the eligibility requirements.
Nominations for the Passionate Heart Awards are being accepted from November 28, 2024 to January 28, 2025.
