Advancing Organizational Resilience is a three‑day, in‑person course designed to support nonprofit organizations facing increasing complexity, uncertainty, and demand. Delivered across three dates—June 12, September 25, and October 23—this course is a single, connected learning journey that helps organizations strengthen their capacity to respond, adapt, and plan for long‑term sustainability. Grounded in an evidence‑informed, Alberta‑specific framework, the course focuses on organizational systems, leadership, decision‑making, and team wellbeing rather than individual skill‑building alone. Participants move through a structured resilience arc, with each session building on the last and allowing time between sessions to apply learning in real organizational contexts. Whole teams are strongly encouraged to attend together, as the course is designed to support shared understanding, alignment, and collective action across organizations.
