Emergency Community Group Funding Application Form

This funding will be given to community groups or agencies based upon urgent need. Community groups or agencies must provide a business case for the funding, including indication of financial need (including financial statements).

Applications are accepted at any time. If your feel that your Community group or agency requires Emergency funding, please contact grants@cityofgp.com for more information on the application process.

Mobile Food Concession Parking Application

For food trucks wanting to park on public/City-owned property.

Fees and Timelines

Daily: $16.50
Weekly: $63.25
Monthly: $137.50
Cancellation fee (no show or under 48 hours notice): $57.75 per reservation

For Special Events only (Canada Day, Heritage Day, etc.) a registration fee of $115.50 per Mobile Food Concession will be invoiced to the business name in the application form.

Bookings may be cancelled without penalty with over 48 hours' notice or for inclement weather.

Grant Funding Statement of Accountability

This is a statement of accountability form submitted by recipients of identified grant funding over $5000.

Fees and Timelines

No fees. This form must be submitted within 90 days of the use of the funding.

Submit the form to Sports Development, Wellness and Culture as an attachment to grants@cityofgp.com.
