There will be a public hearing on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers located at 10205 - 98 Street, Grande Prairie.

The City has received an application to amend the C-1260-214 Land Use Bylaw, C-1261-02 Fieldbrook Outline Plan, and C-1290C Meadow View Area Structure Plan to accommodate the development of a mixed residential neighbourhood in the Southwest corner of NE-19-71-5W6 adjacent to the existing Cobblestone neighbourhood.

Location Overview:

The entire subject property is currently zoned Urban Reserve (UR).

Land Use Bylaw Amendment: 

Applicant is proposing to rezone approx. 1.76 ha to Medium Density residential (RM) and 4.67 ha. to Combined Residential (RC).
