NOTICES OF APPEAL HEARINGS - SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT APPEAL BOARD
Appeals have been filed against refused Development Permits PL#260094 and PL#260095 for Legalization of Existing Unauthorized Secondary Suites with Variances in Semi-Detached Dwellings. The permits were refused April 29, 2026. The subject properties are located at:
- Legal: Lot: 16; Block: 14; Plan: 1766KS and Lot: 16; Block: 14; Plan: 1766KS
- Addresses:
- A - 9307 - 106 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta, T8V 1H6; and
- B - 9307 - 106 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta, T8V 1H6
- Land Use: RT Residential Transition
The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) will hold Public Hearings as follows:
- Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026
- Time: 9:30 a.m.
- Location: City Hall (10205 – 98 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta), in Council Chambers
- Appellant: Ashley L’Hirondelle
Persons affected by these developments have the right to present a written, verbal and/or visual submission to the Board. In accordance with the legislation governing the SDAB, the Board can only consider relevant planning matters when rendering its decision.
