The City of Grande Prairie is inviting residents to help guide the future of community supports and services by completing the online Community Supports & Services Survey, open from June 5 to July 4, 2025.
The survey is an opportunity for residents to share their feedback, identify local needs and help shape priorities that contribute to a healthy, connected community. Responses will inform future planning and funding decisions for programs and services that support individuals, families and the broader community.
“Resident feedback is key to ensuring our programs reflect the needs and values of our community,” said City of Grande Prairie Mayor, Jackie Clayton. “This survey is a meaningful way to have your voice heard and help build a stronger Grande Prairie.”
Input gathered through the survey will directly support the City and its partners—through the Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) program—in enhancing quality of life, fostering inclusive relationships and building a caring community.
As a thank you for participating, residents who complete the survey can enter a draw to win a $500 gift card for gas and groceries.
