Work on the 2024 Trail Rehabilitation Program in Muskoseepi Park has been further delayed and is anticipated to begin on September 9.

Work on the 2024 Trail Rehabilitation Program in Muskoseepi Park has been delayed slightly and is anticipated to begin after the long weekend on September 3.
The City of Grande Prairie is informing residents that the final sites for the 2024 Trail Rehabilitation Program will be Muskoseepi Park on August 29 and Cyril Clarke Park in September.
The work at Muskoseepi Park will focus on the trails south of Michaelis Boulevard, continuing efforts to enhance key trail sites across the city.
The following locations have already seen ongoing and completed improvements:
- West side of 102 St. from 120 Ave. to 124 Ave.
- West side of 101 St. from 111 Ave. to 115 Ave.
- Utility lot trail leading to Maude Clifford School
The project involves comprehensive reconstruction to ensure safe and accessible pathways, revitalization for improved connectivity and upgrades to enhance the overall user experience.
Residents and visitors are reminded to be mindful around work zones and follow all posted signage to ensure safety.
