Parts for the steam room arrived earlier than expected and it has officially reopened for use. 

The City thanks visitors for their patience and understanding during the closure.

The steam room in Eastlink Centre aquatics is closed until the annual aquatics maintenance shutdown, beginning September 3, due to mechanical malfunction. 

The part needed to repair the steam room has been ordered and is expected to arrive after the shutdown has begun.

Visitors are reminded to follow posted signage, listen to lifeguards and report any suspicious behaviour that may damage the steam room or sauna to lifeguards.
