City introduces new bookings email

The City of Grande Prairie is introducing a new email, bookings@cityofgp.com, which will replace five existing emails to help streamline bookings at City facilities. 

Bookings@cityofgp.com is a centralized email for birthday party, user group and meeting room bookings for the following locations:

  • Eastlink Centre aquatics.
  • Eastlink Centre West Fraser Fieldhouse.
  • Grande Prairie Activity and Reception Centre. 
  • Hansen Lincoln Field.
  • Aquatera Outdoor Pool.
  • School gyms and community gyms.
  • Ball diamonds.
  • Grass sport fields.
  • Ice bookings at Design Works Centre, Dave Barr Community Centre and Bonnetts Energy Centre.
  • South Bear Creek Park (pavilion, picnic area and ball diamonds).
