This week, Transportation and Parks crews are focused on flood mitigation and ice control across the city.

Work this week includes:

• Ice control: Sanding crews will continue patrolling priority roads and parking lots to address slippery sections. Crews are also continuing ice control work on sidewalks, trails and bus stops as freeze–thaw conditions persist.
• Meltwater Management: Crews are patrolling and addressing areas prone to water pooling as temperatures fluctuate.
• Residential pile removal: Crews are beginning the week in Country Side North and Ivy Lake Estates and will continue to other areas throughout the week, if time and conditions allow.
• Ongoing patrols: Crews continue monitoring priority routes and residential areas for follow-up needs.
