- Crews will be in Monday "Week B" areas on Monday, December 16. Please ensure your vehicles are moved off the road if you are in Crystal Heights, Crystal Landing, Summit and Ivy Lake Estates.
- Priority Road Ice Control: Crews are sanding icy areas throughout residential neighbourhoods.
- Priority Road Clearing: Crews are loading windrows in Crystal Landing and Mountview. Crews are also blading and clearing out back lanes in Westpointe.
Residential Snow and Ice Clearing
Crews will return to residential neighbourhoods next week; however, a two-week residential clearing rotation has not been declared. Instead of the usual two-week rotation, crews are following a day-to-day schedule. Snow clearing will focus on neighbourhoods scheduled for each day, with crews working in Week A, Week B, or both, depending on the need. Temporary no-parking signs will be posted, but as crews make progress, please move your vehicle off the street when snow-clearing equipment is in your area to help them work efficiently. Please do not wait for crews to arrive if temporary parking ban signs are in place, your vehicle may be ticketed.
Permanent snow route parking bans are active. These bans mean no parking is allowed on Priority 1 and 2 routes from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., until the ban is lifted.
December 12:

- Priority Road Clearing: Blading and snow blowing is underway in Swanavon and Avondale. Crews are also clearing our back lanes in Pinnacle and Westpointe.
- Parking Lots: Crews continue to patrol and sand City facility parking lots as needed.
- Drainage: Water trucks are out today patrolling and maintaining drainage.

UPDATE December 9:
Contractors will begin work tomorrow, December 10, in Country Club, Country Side North and Country Side South.
Crews will also revisit Week B areas that were missed last week. Additionally, while in the area, they will check Tuesday Week A neighborhoods — Patterson, South Patterson and Southview — for any problem areas and address them as needed.
