The Transit Access Program helps to ensure all residents of Grande Prairie have access to public transit and can stay connected to their community. If approved, applicants will receive a 50% subsidy on the Grande Prairie Transit SUPERPASS.

Fees
There are no fees to apply for this program. Subsidized fees will apply when purchasing a pass.
Timelines
An in-person appointment takes about 10 minutes and there is no waiting period before approval.
The online application takes about 2 days upon submission of a completed application.
Submission Information
Apply online via Perfect Mind
Apply in person at City Hall (10205 98 Street), or at the Cedar Point (12106 100 Street); no appointment is required. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p. m.
You must bring or upload the following:
- A completed application form (download here or pick up at participating facilities)
- 1 document showing proof of age for each dependant (ex: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, OR Alberta Health Card)
- 1 document showing City of Grande Prairie proof of address (ex: current utility bill, current bank or credit card statement, government-issued letter, driver’s license OR Alberta Government Identification Card)
- 1 document showing proof of household income- this includes yourself, your partner, spouse, and dependant children 18 years of age or older (ex: Current Alberta Income Support Direct Deposit Statement, previous year's Notice of Assessment, OR your 3 most recent paystubs)
