Residents who are currently enrolled on the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPPs) and own more than one property may notice that due to our new tax software system, starting with the December 2023 withdrawal, payments are now taken out as a lump sum for all properties rather than separate amounts.

The total payment amount has not changed.
