Tomorrow October 17, the metal bridge connecting South Bear Creek Ball Diamonds to the Water Treatment Plant and Waxwing trails will close for trail construction. The closure is expected to last 2-3 days, weather permitting, with an anticipated reopening on Thursday.

This closure is part of an ongoing project to enhance the trail system. The contractor will continue vegetation removal and gravel subbase installation on the south side of the metal bridge.

To ensure the safety and convenience of the public, trail closure and detour signs will be prominently displayed along the affected trail. The City understands the inconvenience this temporary closure may cause to trail users and thanks everyone for their understanding and cooperation.
