The swimming pool at the Eastlink Centre will be unavailable for public access from 4 p.m. on Friday, May 6 until 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 8 to accommodate the Northern Lights Piranhas swim meet.

Swimming lessons for these days and times will remain unaffected and continue to run as usual.

The City is excited to host the Northern Lights swim meet, and welcomes the nine swim clubs joining us from across Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the Peace Region.

This will be the biggest swim meet of the year at the Eastlink Centre, with an estimated 350 athletes travelling to our facility to participate.

The City thanks everyone for their patience and understanding while staff work to make this a successful swim meet.
