The City of Grande Prairie is proud to announce the official launch of its new customer service initiative, Access GP on Monday, November 1.
Citizens can now contact the City using any of the following methods made possible through Access GP:

Access GP is integrated with new City technology to easily log customer inquiries and issue service requests to the appropriate department. Data from the new system will support decision making and improvements at the City.
The City of Grande Prairie Citizen Experience Team researched leading practices to develop recommendations to provide the City with a strategy for becoming a leader in customer experience and service excellence.
As result of the Customer Experience Initiative, Access GP provides easy access and exceptional customer service at the user’s convenience.
The strategy aims to move beyond simple transactions with citizens and focus on the entire customer journey, recognizing that our level of customer service impacts citizen’s quality of life.
The City is excited for this new initiative as another step to better connect with residents in the community.
