The Montrose Culture Centre is home to the Grande Prairie Public Library, the Art Gallery of Grande Prairie, Jeffrey's Café and the Teresa Sargent Hall. It is a place for the community to gather in support of the arts and literacy in Grande Prairie, and provides an event space for public and private bookings.
