The City has received an application to amend the subject property from UR – Urban Reserve to RS – Small Lot Residential and RC – Combined Residential. The amendments are consistent with the Signature Falls Outline Plan.
A copy of the proposed bylaw can also be viewed at the Planning & Development Department located in the City Service Centre. Our address is 9505 – 112 Street and hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
