There will be a public hearing on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers located at 10205 - 98 Street, Grande Prairie.

The City received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw to redesignate the subject parcel from UR to RS and to amend the Royal Oaks North Outline Plan to redesignate the land from Low/Medium Density Residential (RG/RC) to Low density Residential (RS) to provide for the development of small lot residential units in the Royal Oaks North community.

A copy of the proposed bylaw can also be viewed at the Planning & Development Department located in the City Service Centre. Our address is 9505 – 112 Street and hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
