The City has received an application to amend the subject property from CA-Commercial Arterial to RM-Medium Density Residential.
CA (Arterial Commercial): The purpose of this district is to accommodate a variety of commercial uses that require high visibility along major roadways, supporting businesses such as retail stores, restaurants, offices and hotels.
RM (Medium Density Residential): The purpose of this district is to support the development of medium-density residential developments, including townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings, with a maximum building height of 4 storeys.
