Grande Prairie, AB – The City of Grande Prairie is seeking feedback from the business community in order to establish a new Economic Development Strategy.
The City has retained MDB Insight Inc., a management consulting firm, to contact up to 500 random local businesses to provide verbal responses to a series of questions.
Local businesses are encouraged to participate in a telephone survey from April 8 to 19, 2019. The survey should take no longer than 15-minutes to complete over the telephone.
The goal of the survey is to better understand the future plans and current needs of local businesses, as well as gain an understanding of how owners/managers view the community as a place to do business.
The information from the survey will be used to support the ongoing Economic Development Strategy development, incorporating the top priorities of local businesses.
Upon completion of the phone survey, MDB Insight Inc. will work with the City’s Economic Development staff to review the completed surveys and identify challenges and opportunities that the local business community is facing.
