Sport Hosting Grant

Sport Hosting Grant

The new Sport Hosting Grant aims to encourage organizations to host events that bring more visitors to Grande Prairie, and better support the significant positive economic, social and health benefits on the community from sport tourism.

The fund was created to support and encourage local organizations to hold various sporting events in the community.

Applicants will be notified following the Community Advisory Committee’s decision. All decisions are final and grants may be conditional. Applicants are advised that if successful here, their request will not be considered under any other grant process administered by the City.
