Call lines continue to experience technical difficulties.

Update as of 8:45 a.m., Friday, May 27, 2021:

The City's call lines continue to experience technical difficulty resulting in limited access to the Citizen Contact Centre, RCMP non-emergency line, Community Knowledge Campus, Revolution Place, and the ITS Help Desk by phone.

Staff continue to work with vendors to find a resolution.

Residents may contact the City by e-mail at info@cityofgp.com. Please contact 911 for emergencies.

The City is currently working to address a technical difficulty that has affected phone lines at the Citizen Contact Centre, RCMP non-emergency line, Community Knowledge Campus, Revolution Place and the ITS Help Desk.

All phone lines are currently down at the moment.

Phones in the Citizen Contact Centre are currently down and we are unable to answer calls from residents, a resolution is being worked on.
