The 25 metre pool in the aquatics area at the Eastlink Centre is closed until the annual aquatics maintenance shutdown, beginning September 5, due to a bacterial contamination.

Public swim, lane swim, fit swim, sensory swim and bookings are minimally affected by the closure and will continue to operate in the aquatics area. This closure affects the Friday seniors shallow drop-in aquatics class.

Guests are reminded to follow showering standards to help avoid bringing contaminates in the pool.
