Application for a Development Permit for a Bed and Breakfast establishment

Fees and Timelines:  The fee for a Bed and Breakfast  is $150 plus a discretionary use fee of $400.  The processing time will  be several weeks because we must notify the adjacent property owners.  

Submission Information:  Please review submission requirements on the front page of the application.  Applications may be submitted electronically to devpermits@cityofgp.com.  You can also attend our front desk at 9505 - 112 Street, Grande Prairie between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday to Friday.
