Successful completion of this application and a meeting of all submission requirements will result in the applicant receiving all required Lot Grading, Development, and related Inspection Services Permits.

Fees and Rates  for Residential Alterations:

• Lot Grading Permit Fee: $100
• Development Permit Fee: $220 ($110 Shed or Garage)
• Electrical Permit Fee: $110 plus a $4.50 Safety Codes Levy
• Plumbing Permit Fee: $110 plus a $4.50 Safety Codes Levy
• Gas Permit Fee: $110 plus a $4.50 Safety Codes Levy
