Utilize this package when applying for any Commercial, Industrial, Institutional or Multi-Family (5 Units or more)

Any new commercial development, or work being done to a commercial parcel, that may alter the established drainage on the parcel, is required to obtain a commercial lot grading permit prior to construction.

Fees and Timelines 

A $220.00/ha fee, with a minimum of $200.00 and a maximum of $1,100.00, is associated with the commercial lot grading applications. The turnaround time for a commercial lot grading permit depends on the size and complexity of the proposed development.
