Any new residential development, or work being done to a residential parcel, that may alter the established drainage on the parcel, is required to obtain a residential lot grading permit prior to construction.
Fees and Timelines
An $100 fee is associated with residential lot grading permit applications. Applications are processed within five business days of the completed application form and lot grading plan being received.

Fees and rates will be updated effective January 1, 2026.
Some forms may not reflect the new fees.
