Any new residential development, or work being done to a residential parcel, that may alter the established drainage on the parcel, is required to obtain a residential lot grading permit prior to construction.
Fees and Timelines
An $80.00 fee is associated with residential lot grading permit applications. Applications are processed within five business days of the completed application form and lot grading plan being received.

- Lot Grading Plan meeting the submission requirements and in accordance with the Lot Grading Bylaw and the approved subdivision drainage plan
