Description

Upon Construction Completion:

• A construction inspection will be initiated upon an Inspection Request Form being received.
• Inspections are based on standards listed in the 2019 Construction Manual; please see page 597.
• Upon successful inspection, 50% of deposited securities will be returned.

Final Inspection:

• A final inspection will be initiated upon an Inspection Request Form being received, two years after the initial construction inspection.
• After a successful inspection, the remaining 50% of the deposited securities will be returned.
