The Condominium Conversion Application is required before landowners convert existing buildings into condominiums. It is to be completed in full wherever applicable by the registered owner of the land, or by an authorized person acting on his/her behalf. 

Fees and Timelines

A fee is charged for condominium conversions and is established in accordance with the Fees and Charges Bylaw C-1395.

Application Requirements

Only completed application packages will be considered for approval. Applications submitted without the appropriate documents and information will be considered incomplete and returned.

Submission Information

All completed applications are to be submitted in-person to the Subdivision Authority in engineering services.
