Commercial/industrial/multi-family driveway requests are required to widen an existing, or to build a new, driveway for a commercial/industrial or multi-family building; and should be submitted by the contractor performing the work.

Fees and Timelines

There is a $500.00 fee associated with commercial/industrial/multi-family driveway permits. Additional securities will also be required. Permit requests are processed within three business days of being received.
