Anyone can request to temporarily block metered parking in special cases. The requesting person must submit an application at least three business days in advance of the request to Enforcement Services. Complete the Bagged Meter Application and return it to es_contact@cityofgp.com. If the section you would like to reserve is in our new downtown area and does not have meters, please complete the Barricade Application form.
