Applications will be received by no later than Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

Application Requirements

Please fill out the application form using the link below. Required documentation is dependent on the stream of funding being applied for.

Small grant:

  1. Certificate of incorporation.
  2. Proof of society annual return.
  3. Audited financial statements from your most recent fiscal year end.
  4. 2026 Operating Budget (including all projected revenue streams).

Medium grant:

  1. Certificate of incorporation.
  2. Proof of society annual return.
  3. Audited financial statements from your most recent fiscal year end.
  4. 2026 Operating Budget (including all projected revenue streams).
  5. Business plan for the program.

Large grant:

  1. Certificate of incorporation.
  2. Proof of society annual return.
  3. Audited financial statements from your most recent fiscal year end.
  4. 2026 Operating Budget (including all projected revenue streams).
  5. Business plan for the organization for the year(s) funding is being applied for.

Capital grant:

  1. Certificate of incorporation.
  2. Proof of society annual return.
  3. Audited financial statements from your most recent fiscal year end.
  4. Total project budget (including any quotes obtained and all projected revenue streams).
