A temporary road closure will be in place on 110 Street between 107 Avenue and the 109 Avenue roundabout starting May 19 at 7 a.m. to support storm sewer connection work for the Ken Sargent House project. The closure is expected to remain in place until June 12, weather permitting, or until work is complete.

This area is a secondary access route to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital and motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra travel time.

Grande Prairie Transit Route 1 will detour around the closure area. No stops will be missed, though minor delays may occur.

Drivers and pedestrians are asked to follow all posted signage, use marked detours and give crews and equipment extra space while travelling through the area.

The City thanks residents, businesses and commuters for their patience during this temporary closure.
