Traffic flow is now fully operational at the intersection of 68 Avenue and Highway 40 (108 Street).

• All directions are open
• All lanes are open
• Expect intermittent closures in the right-hand southbound lane to allow for service vehicle access

Motorists are advised to proceed with caution and watch for temporary lane restrictions in the southbound lanes.

Westbound movement through the intersection is now open to both vehicles and pedestrians. Southbound traffic is reduced to one lane.

Motorists traveling southbound are advised to use an alternate route if possible to avoid delays.

The City of Grande Prairie is advising commuters of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 68 Avenue and Highway 40.

• Westbound access through the intersection is temporarily closed to both vehicles and pedestrians. 
• Southbound traffic on Highway 40 is reduced to one lane to allow access for a vac truck responding at the scene. 

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and expect delays.
