UPDATE: January 20

City-run swimming lessons are not taking place on January 20 or 21. The City specifically didn't schedule swimming lessons on this day and is making up for it later in the season. Please always make sure to carefully read registration notes for any information about planned lesson days off.

The waterslide maintenance has been re-scheduled to January 17, 2024.

The City thanks visitors for their patience and understanding. 

The following schedule changes/modifications are taking place at the Eastlink Centre fieldhouse and aquatics area for the remainder of January:

• Alberta Soccer & Futsal Camp:
  • January 13 – full fieldhouse – 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. & 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • January 14 – full fieldhouse – 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Waterslide maintenance:
  • January 17 – green & beige waterslides – 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Fieldhouse maintenance:
  • January 16 & 17 – full fieldhouse – all day
• SPVC Meercat Volleyball Tournament:
  • January 19 – full fieldhouse – 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • January 20 & 21 – full fieldhouse – all day
• Piranhas Winterfest Swim Meet:
  • January 20 – 50 metre competition pool - 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (all day)
  • January 21 – 50 metre competition pool – 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (limited availability after 2 p.m.)

The 50 metre competition pool is closed during the lane swim and public swim times on January 20 and 21. Limited lane swimming remains available during the 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. lane swim time. Aquaterasaurus Land and public swim availability continues both days.
