A section of the walking trail in Muskoseepi Park is closed to support operations for the Bear Creek Folk Festival.

The closure begins just northeast of the Pavilion, across the pedestrian bridge, and continues along the trail to the top of Borstad Hill, north of 104 Avenue, ending just before the reservoir.

Trail users can still access the reservoir loop from the Pavilion by taking the trail that passes the skate park. The map below shows this alternate route.

This section is closed now for event set-up, will remain closed throughout the festival and is expected to reopen after tear-down on Tuesday, August 19.
