UPDATED: Mobile skatepark summer 2025 updates

UPDATE: August 27, 2025

The mobile skatepark has officially moved indoors to Keyera Place for the fall and winter season, starting today. Residents can continue enjoying skateboarding, scooters and in-line skating in a safe, indoor space.

UPDATE: July 11, 2025

The mobile skatepark has moved from Hillside to Alexander Forbes rink, located at 7240 Poplar Drive and is now open and ready for all skill levels to enjoy. 

Residents are encouraged to bring their helmets and gear and make the most of this free, seasonal amenity open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 


The mobile skatepark has officially rolled into the Hillside neighbourhood rink and is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. 

The portable skate equipment is ideal for beginner to intermediate level recreational skateboarding, BMX, scooters or in-line skating.

The equipment will continue to rotate to various outdoor spaces in the community this summer, so stay tuned to this service announcement during the summer for updates on mobile skatepark location, closure and seasonal information.
