The lazy river and water slides have reopened following water quality testing that confirmed results meet Alberta Health Services (AHS) standards. 

Eastlink Centre operates in accordance with AHS guidelines and provincial pool standards, including continuous monitoring, regular testing and strict water quality controls.

Guests can help keep the water safe by showering before entering the pool, staying home when unwell and avoiding the pool if they have open cuts or wounds.

The family hot tub at Eastlink Centre will reopen Saturday, April 4, following water quality testing that confirmed results meet Alberta Health Services (AHS) standards.

The lazy river and water slides will remain closed while an additional round of testing is completed, with updates expected next week.

The lazy river, water slides and family hot tub in the Eastlink Centre aquatics area are temporarily closed following weekly water quality testing. 

The 50-metre pool, 25-metre pool, splash park, wading pool, FlowRider, sauna, steam room and adult hot tub remain open.

The Eastlink Centre operates in accordance with Alberta Health Services (AHS) guidelines and provincial pool standards, including continuous monitoring, regular testing and strict water quality controls. 

Staff are treating the affected amenities and completing follow-up testing to ensure all AHS water quality standards are met before reopening, and the amenities are expected to remain closed into next week. 

Updates will be shared once the affected amenities are ready to reopen.
