The Aquatera Outdoor Pool will re-open for public swim at 3 p.m. today, August 14 due to reduced AQHI readings. 

The City thanks visitors for their patience and is excited to open for a night of splashing fun!

With continued elevated air quality today, the Aquatera Outdoor Pool remains closed until further notice. 

The City will provide an update daily in the morning about Aquatera Outdoor Pool closure status or will update once the outdoor pool opens. 
Residents are thanked for their patience and understanding while the City prioritizes health and safety of visitors and staff.

SWIMMING LESSON UPDATE: 4:30 p.m. on August 12, 2024

Swimming lessons happening tonight are cancelled. City staff will reach out to registrants directly with additional information about rescheduling lessons.

Due to current and forecasted elevated air quality, the Aquatera Outdoor Pool is closed until further notice.

The closure is in effect for the health and safety of patrons and staff. All bookings and drop-in use are cancelled with this closure. The City will provide a formal update on swimming lessons later this afternoon. 

Staff will continue to monitor air quality and will provide an update when the Aquatera Outdoor Pool reopens.
