Phone services have now been restored across City of Grande Prairie facilities, including AccessGP at 311.
Residents can once again contact the City by phone by dialing 311, in addition to email at info@cityofgp.com and online at access.cityofgp.com.
The City thanks residents for their patience during this service disruption.
The City of Grande Prairie is currently experiencing an outage with some phone lines due to a system transition.
At this time, callers may receive a message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. There is no estimated time for full service restoration.
The outage is affecting AccessGP (311) and phone lines at City Hall (780-538-0300), Eastlink Centre and Design Works Centre (780-830-5000) and Bonnetts Energy Centre (780-538-0387).
Transit Dispatch and Inspection Services are not affected.
Residents can continue to reach the City by email at info@cityofgp.com or through online services at access.cityofgp.com.
