UPDATE: 11 a.m. on February 5

The water in the lazy river is currently filtering, heating and chemically balancing and is expected to re-open for public use this evening during the extended limited public swim time. 

The Eastlink Centre lazy river and waterslides in the aquatics area are currently unavailable to repair a tear in the liner of the lazy river. The amenities are expected to re-open at 6 a.m. on Monday, February 5.

The contracted service provider has remained on-site to continue to work throughout the weekend. Visitors are asked to follow signage and the safety barricades.

The City appreciates everyone’s patience and understanding while the necessary repairs take place.
