As part of ongoing construction on 84 Avenue, traffic is expected to temporarily shift to the westbound lanes between 108 Street and just before the bridge later today (Tuesday, July 22) or early Wednesday morning.

This shift allows two-way traffic to continue while crews transition construction to the eastbound lanes.

Commuters can expect one to two additional traffic shifts between the westbound and eastbound lanes throughout the week as construction progresses. All lanes on this stretch of 84 Avenue are expected to fully reopen late this week or early next, weather and site conditions permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down, follow signage and use caution near crews.
