The City of Grande Prairie is conducting a clean-up near the skatepark in Muskoseepi Park following a hydrocarbon spill. 

Crews have addressed the source of the spill, and a Hydrovac truck will assist with removing residual material tomorrow morning.

The spill is under control.

To ensure a safe and efficient clean-up, park users are encouraged to avoid using the path running from the reservoir to the skatepark, while work is underway. 

The clean-up is expected to be completed by midday Saturday with minimal disruption to park activities.
